Dr. Abbie Mork graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2010 with additional education in rehabilitative services. Shortly after graduating she completed her Certified Chiropractic Acupuncturist Certification at Northwestern Health Sciences University.
She has extensive training in strength training and teaching people how to move for their everyday life and in the gym. Services she offers include: chiropractic adjustments, acupuncture, dry needling, cupping, gua sha and Graston Technique.

She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from Des Moines University in 2014 and built years of expertise in orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, and manual therapy—working with athletes at the Iowa Wild, I-Cubs, Iowa Wolves, and local high schools. Kassi founded Enhance in 2019 to deliver high‑level, results‑driven care in Des Moines.
